Our inHarmony Vibroacoustic Sound Lounge can best be described as a fully immersive sound experience. It instantly soothes your busy mind and relaxes your entire body using sound frequencies. Four tactile transducers, two amplifiers, Sennheiser HD noise reduction headphones, and concert-quality cables deliver powerful sound to your ears and body, making you feel amazing! Four wired transducers work together to transform your body into a speaker, and their frequencies synchronize with the headphones to create an immersive three-dimensional audio experience. Its wave-like design and soft foam top contours to your body, putting you in a comfortable neutral position to enjoy your experience in a private room. Your joints and muscles are unloaded, leaving you feeling weightless, secure, and peaceful. The sound and vibrations will quickly transport you into a deep meditative state, unlike anything you've felt before!

Many clients have reported feeling very "light" or “floaty” after the session. Several clients cried during and/or after the session, saying it helped their body relax enough to release things bottled up. We had over 80 people in our first 4 weeks try a free demo of the Sound Lounge, and every person's experience was so unique and special! This prompted us to add a journal in the room so clients can share a comment about their experiences. We also have a "be kind to yourself" mirror in the room where we encourage clients to speak something positive/loving to themselves before the session.

Healing Frequencies

What are Healing Frequencies?

It is now known that sound and vibrations can significantly impact the mind and body. For most, it takes about 22 min for the chemicals in the body to be triggered, and then the therapeutic power can be felt. The frequencies and vibrations of the sound lounge can be used to induce different brainwave states rapidly.

GAMMA

These waves measure between 30-100 Hz, with the 40 Hz point being of particular significance. This brings the engaged brain to a higher level of consciousness and attention and is associated with peak concentration, positive mood, and creativity.

BETA

These waves measure between 12.5-30 Hz. It is associated with a state of alertness and mental activity. This is the brain wave you experience when you are wide awake and engaged in problem-solving or other mentally challenging tasks. We are primarily in this state during the day while we are active and attentive.

DELTA

These waves measure between .1-3.5 Hz and are the slowest recorded brain waves in human beings. They are most often found in infants and children and are associated with the deepest levels of relaxation and restorative, healing sleep.

ALPHA

These waves measure between 8-12 Hz and occur when people feel relaxed and the brain is idle without concentrating on anything—a wakeful relaxation.

THETA

These waves measure between 3.5-7.5 Hz and are classified as "slow" activity. It is connected with creativity, intuition, daydreaming, and fantasizing and is a repository for memories, emotions, and sensations. These waves are strong during internal focus, meditation, prayer, and spiritual awareness.
